Supply Chain Operation Analyst
Position Purpose:
TheSupply Chain Operation Analystwill support supply assurance efforts, vendor management, and central supply hospital support.
The position will perform analysis on demand data to ensure inventory from key suppliers is optimized.
The Analyst will support resiliency efforts including proactive critical supply planning and identification of supply disruptions and resolutions.
The role will support vendor management efforts including annual supplier scorecards and vendor KPI metrics.
The Supply Analyst will serve as the day-to-day support for hospital central supply needs, escalations and best practicesResponsibilities & Tasks:
Perform analysis on demand data to ensure inventory from key suppliers is optimized Support proactive critical supply planning to plan for disruptions including clinically approved substitutions, secondary channels, or protocol changes.
Identify of supply disruptions utilizing analytics and collaborate on resolutions communicated to hospitals.
Create annual supplier scorecards utilizing qualitative and quantitative data.
Create vendor KPI dashboards to hold suppliers accountable for critical metrics.
Provide day-to-day support for hospital central supply needs, escalations and best practices Navigates internet and intranet applications including SharePoint.
